• Traditional methodology versus Agile methodology

    In a traditional water-flow model, one phase has to be completed properly before moving to the next stage otherwise the entire software life-cycle has to be repeated for any changes in requirement whatever minimal it is. On the other hand, agile is not as much process oriented and it is easier to incorporate the changes within much lesser timeframe. This methodology is highly successful in projects having frequently changing requirements.
