    Financial Reporting refers to the process through which companies show their financial performance and other details to all the stake holders of the company including the investors, creditors and other parties by preparing proper financial statements.

    Financial statement should contain all the information to help to take the decision to invest in the particular company or give loan to the company. The information will be like below

    • The financial performance of the company with growth details.
    • The business details of the company.
    • Any senior management or Board of director change of the company.
    • The current financial condition like outstanding debt, cash flow and future guidance for growth.

    The main parts of the financial reporting are Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement and Cash Flow Statement.
